RMA Procedure:
1. Please submit this RMA form
2. After the RMA Request form has been
received and reviewed by UNYGLOBE, you will then be issued an
RMA number for the unit – ALL returns require an RMA #.
Any returns sent to UNYGLOBE
without an RMA # are subject to return (collect) to
sender.
3. Mark the RMA number VERY CLEARLY on the
shipping label of each box shipped to
UNYGLOBE.
4. Ship the units to UNYGLOBE using the
original (or equivalent) packaging materials.
5. UNYGLOBE
will first attempt to repair or replace the unit and
return it to you by ground delivery.
