THREE CORE TECHNOLOGIES

1. Multicast

The Multicast Technology enhances bandwidth efficiency. Only one share of bandwidth will be occupied no matter how many users are viewing on the same network at any given time.

2. ActiveX Support

ActiveX is an open standard, developed by Microsoft. It can be used for developing powerful Internet applications or versatile website contents. Following Microsoft Win32 modularization control standards (.ocx) and object-oriented design concept, ActiveX can be used repetitively. Users can easily use web page editor (such as FrontPage) to embedded ActiveX into web page. It can also be easily integrated with various kinds of Windows application development kits including Visual C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, C ++ Builder, etc. In order to integrate real-time video images and other control systems for multi-control purposes, all applications that support ActiveX can be integrated with other applications such as video control system and electronic map systems.

3. VIP (VIdeo Instant Push)

VIP (Video Instant Push) technology, developed under an embedded Linux platform, overcomes the present technology bottleneck by active video image transmission technology. It offers a complete network surveillance structure, reaching the ultimate goals of decentralized process, remote storage and central surveillance management.
Traditional DVR systems only partially support remote operations - Video is actually transmitted as pieces of pictures in file format, and played by special software. Advanced recording functions (continuous-recording, timer setup, or event-recording) can be realized only on the DVR server side, not at remote sites.

KEY FEATURES OF UNYGLOBE'S VIP TECHNOLOGY

1. Cross-platform Storage
Build up the channel between users and the storage site. Users may assign any Linux/Unix, Windows Server, FTP Server or NAS unitstore as the storage device through IE browsers.

2.Efficient Remote Storage Management

(No need to plug in any application)
Actively store the video images on the remote storage device site and have complete control over their location with options such as storage path settings, storage capacity and recycle settings. Storage path/volume, advanced recording and playback can all be managed thoroughly via the Internet browser as well.

In a Naval Base
Un-attendee Server Room

The military requires highly security in many facilities, therefore, most server managements need personnel to secure the facility and maintain it. However, some server facilities are located in a remote site where far away from logistic center. This inconvenient and expensive maintenance cost become Navyˇ¦s burden. The Navy keeps searching solution for remote un-attendee server room.

After carefully study, the Navy authority selects the UNYGLOBE VioGate-100 as remote monitoring device due to the stable and outstanding functions. The first 2 units were installed in a remote facility where used 6 staffs to maintain this server room. The function became remote monitored by communication center 24 hours a day. Once the device fail in function was detected through the VioGate-100, control room dispatches staff to fix the device. All the entries to the remote facility were monitored through the VioGate-100 for security reasons. The cost dropped dramatically since the Navy starts the VioGate project.

The military authority has learned the UNYGLOBE VioGate system can be installed in many remote sites without attendee to be located in-site, this is an efficiency way to maintain security and focus on the regular training for military facility management.
